Being “fit” is more than just working out, it’s your own personal state of being. And the definition of that can be different for everyone. Whether you’re just starting out or are a fitness fanatic, we can find your best “fit” with the most simplified approach.
Who am I?
I grew up on an almond farm in Modesto, CA, and now live here with my husband and two children. Playing sports and being interested in fitness from a young age, I have worked with a variety of coaches and trainers over the years who have helped me advance my fitness knowledge and abilities. After spending 17 years as a Financial Advisor, I made the decision to exit that industry and pursue this passion. I am a Balanced Body Mat and Reformer Pilates certified instructor and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. I am excited to share my love of fitness with others, and to help people find that same spark within themselves.

“Working with Audrey has been wonderful. Her focus on form and technique is the foundation needed to develop and grow in Pilates. I feel better, stronger, and like I can take on any physical challenge since I've started working with her. I appreciate how mindful and thoughtful she is when it comes to my abilities. You won't get that same attention in a group setting. Personal sessions are the way to go!”
